As a local charity, our mission has always been to make health and fitness as accessible as possible.
We never want to create unnecessary barriers to anyone’s fitness journey, and we remain committed to providing a welcoming environment for everyone in our community.
At the same time, we have a responsibility to ensure that our gym remains safe, secure, and available for our members. To help us achieve this, we have installed new access control gates at the gym, which come into effect today.
From now on, all gym users will need to carry one of the following to gain access:
- A valid membership card
- One of our gym wristbands
- A convenience sticker
If you are a Pay As You Play customer, you will be issued with a temporary access card when you arrive. This card must be returned to Reception at the end of your session. Any temporary card that is not returned will be immediately deactivated so it cannot be used again. A replacement charge will also be applied to the person responsible for this
These changes are designed to protect our members, improve security, and ensure that only authorised users are accessing the gym facilities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we introduce this new system.
