MORAY SPORTS FOUNDATION
Moray Sports Foundation established in 2015 is the charitable overarching body with a board of trustees. The focus of the trustees and operational team is to create services that benefit Moray’s local and regional communities. The sporting and health provisions will be provided through Moray Sports Centre.
Moray Sports Centre is determined to improve and deliver sporting facilities and activities grasping this once in a lifetime opportunity to build a facility geared to help all live well and healthy. Our overriding purpose is “Working for a fitter future for Moray”. We will strive to provide a better quality of life and healthier opportunities for everyone, but crucially we are also seeing to make participation in sport an opportunity for all too.
OUR VISION & STRATEGIC AIMS
Moray Sports Centre (MSC) believes that in getting more people, more active, more often, we can establish a foundation to build a better future for Moray. Making a long-term proactive impact on health and wellbeing and social issues affecting our communities. Targeting our efforts through our service provisions, we recognise that only when participation in activities that MSC becomes an important part of an individual’s healthy lifestyle, will change begin. Our simple vision of providing “Sports for life” seeks to make participation in any sporting activity an enduring habit from cradle to the grave. To guide what we do, we have developed five strategic aims, all of which will help us aim to achieve more and be the best we can be.
