Little Yogi Bears runs Baby Yoga (suitable from 6 weeks) and Music, Movement & Explore classes from Moray Sports Centre on Thursday mornings. These classes take place in a welcoming/non-judgemental environment. Each class comes with lots of amazing benefits helping to support your child’s development. OUTFIT MORAY
Outfit Moray are an outdoor learning and adventure charity based in Lossiemouth, delivering life-changing activities such as kayaking, mountain biking, archery, rafting, paddleboarding, climbing, gorge walking, bushcraft, canoeing and coasteering, for young people in Moray, particularly those who are vulnerable or disadvantaged. As well as all the adventurous activities they also deliver Bikeability in Moray, learn to cycle and cycling sessions for cyclists with additional support needs, plus first aid training courses and adventures days for both adults and young people.

We are Parkinson’s Beats, an exercise drumming group for people living with
neurological conditions. There is growing evidence to support the use of drumming
as a tool to help with gait, balance and motor functions. Above everything else this
is great fun and is available to everyone, there are no standards to achieve. Equipment
provided.

We are one of the most successful Sport Martial Arts Academies in the U.K. however we are not a Podium finish focused school we focus on individual achievement in terms of never-ending improvement in the training environment at home and in the community.
