We are delighted to introduce Moray Sports Centre’s new CEO, Iain Stokes, who is especially excited about the new tennis facility that is going to be opening at the centre, due to his own history and experience in competitive tennis.
Over the years, Iain’s tennis exploits saw him win the north of Scotland’s men’s singles championship in 1984 in Elgin. He has also had the privilege of competing at a tournament held at the mecca of tennis, Wimbledon. Following this, he then went on to represent Dorset at county level.
Before deciding to relocate back to Scotland, Elgin born Iain has been busy running a sports centre in Poole, Dorset for the last 23 years.
