Moray Sports Centre is hosting Anna Myatt, tennis Scotland Workforce Manager to deliver Grow your Coaching Team along with Local coaches and successful Coach mentors to share their experience and tips for success.
This course is free and if you are an Accredited + Coach it will be worth 3 Credits from Independent Learning

Grow your Coaching Team- Free CPD Workshop
(3 credits for Accredited + Coaches)
Tired of working every day and all weekend? Need to have coaches who can cover you for holidays and breaks? Get no response when you put an advert out for a new Coach to join your Team?
If so, this workshop is for you.
This workshop will give you help and information on how to grow your team from within and is open to Coaches, Volunteers, parents and players looking to do LTA Qualifications and Club Committee and interested members who want to find out more about how Coach Education works in Scotland
This 3-hour Workshop which will be both on and off-court will cover:
- The new Coach Education qualifications – from Leaders all the way through to Level 5
- Information on the new Assistant (level 1) and Instructor (level 2) Qualifications
- How to prepare your volunteers and players for a qualification
- How to mentor and help them through the qualification course so they make the most of their Learning
- How to get new Coaches Accredited, Insured and ready to work as soon as they finish their course so they can now help deliver and grow your Programme
