I have always been an active individual from a young age, whether it be representing my schools in athletics, local sports teams or partaking in a variety of dance genres.

This physically active lifestyle ultimately led me to the gym, where I immersed myself in many disciplines of being a Fitness Instructor, including the  completion of my Exercise to Music qualification, which has allowed me to customise activities for the gym and a large range of studio classes.

I first joined the Moray Sports Centre team at the beginning of 2020 so when lockdown temporarily prevented me from continuing my work here I decided to use the time to improve my knowledge base further, gaining eleven new certificates to add to my portfolio during this period.

The most notable, and the one I was most eager to complete was my Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification, as this allowed me to gain new expertise to help an even wider range of people – some with very specific health requirements.

I find the work that I do at Moray Sports Centre to be greatly rewarding and am proud to be part of such a diverse team of professionals.
