As a personal trainer, I am deeply passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.
I started my career in the military, and after being medically discharged with 80% physical disability, I struggling with the full strength to walk properly so I chose to work on my fitness and abilities within myself.
I joined the Moray Sports Centre as a member and after enrolling in college to become a level 3 personal trainer, I chose to volunteer at the centre before, in time, becoming a permanent member of staff.
The sports centre empowered and aided me in becoming the best physical version of myself and this pushed me to be committed to providing person-centered care that empowers others to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling, active lives.
